/ Business Development Professional Space (f/m/d) in Berlin
Professionals with 2+ years experience post-graduation
We are looking for a Business Development Professional Space to grow our customer base worldwide. Your day-to-day activities include networking, industry trade shows, managing sales from initial contact through RFQ/RFP, marketing on social media and managing customer relations. This position can be tailored between part-time (50%) and full-time engagement.

Tasks and accountabilities:
• Responsible for company business development strategy and implementation
• Responsible for all trade show appearances of the company, including physical attendance
• Build and manage customer relationships from first contact to first RFQ/RFP
• Responsible for social media (LinkedIn) and website content of the company
• Participation in industry association meetings

Your required skills:
• Demonstrated history in successful business development, preferably in space industry
• Experience with at least one state-of-the-art CRM solution
• Experience with high performance structures design & manufacturing is an asset
• Experience with website programming is an asset
• Fluency in spoken and written English and German (C2)


/ Project Manager Space (f/m/d) in Berlin
Professionals with 5+ years experience post-graduation
We are looking for a Project Manager Space to take care of large institutional projects management, starting with the Internal Secondary Structures for the Lunar Gateway space station IHAB module. Your day-to-day activities include all the classical project management tasks. This is permanent full-time engagement.

Tasks and accountabilities:
• Continuous project planning and associated resource allocation
• Continuous cost tracking
• Responsible to fulfil all deliverables, on time and budget
• Communication and reporting with customers and suppliers
• Support negotiation of contract changes
• Leadership during reviews

Your required skills:
• Demonstrated history in project management in the space industry, preferably in institutional programmes
• Experience with MS office including MS project
• Experience with high performance structures design & manufacturing is an asset
• Experience with ECSS standards, in particular ECSS-M series
• Fluency in spoken and written English (C2)


/ Junior Design Engineer (f/m/d) in Berlin
Professionals with 2+ years experience post-graduation

Tasks and accountabilities:
• 3D CAD modelling including parametric models in SOLIDWORKS
• Interface-, assembly- and manufacturing drawings for metallic and composite structures
• Presentation of results to customers
• Strong interaction with the internal structure and thermal analysis teams
• Close liaison with manufacturing partners

Your required skills:
• Degree in engineering with focus on mechanical CAD design
• Familiarity with structure analysis (NASTRAN and HyperMesh/Femap) is an asset
• Familiarity with space engineering is a plus
• Knowledge of a programming language Python would be nice
• Fluency in spoken and written English (C2)
